Delete Your PersonaGuideAI Account and Data

Users may request deletion of their PersonaGuideAI account and associated personal data.

How to Request Deletion

1. Open PersonaGuideAI.
2. Go to Profile or account settings.
3. Use the available account deletion option if it is present.
4. If the in-app option is unavailable, contact the official support email.
5. Include the email address associated with the PersonaGuideAI account.
6. Do not include passwords, private conversations, or unnecessary sensitive information.

What May Be Deleted

Deletion may include account profile information, associated personal data, saved reports, submitted content, and app records connected to the account, subject to technical and legal limitations.

What May Be Retained

Some information may be retained when required for legal compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records.

Processing Time

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the account request.
